In 2023 Mr. Al Falasi ventured into his own business, launching Falak Tayyeb Platinum as CEO of the new establishment for Platinum Government Services L.L.C. It is a service centre established to provide high-end, distinguished government services that embody the UAE’s vision of making customer happiness a comprehensive goal of government, and a one-stop shop for business establishment in Dubai.
His career at Dubai Silicon Oasis began in 2011, when he was appointed Senior Vice-President of Corporate Support Services. Under his lead, Ghanim managed HR, Business Excellence, IT & Supply Management, People Happiness and Innovation, and the Client Success Department, and he served as a member of DSO’s investment committee.
In 2021, the Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority (DIEZ) was established to consolidate and integrate the products and services of Dubai Airport Free Zone (DAFZ), Dubai Silicon Oasis (DSO) and Dubai CommerCity (DCC). By the end of 2021 Ghanim was assigned to spearhead the Technology & Entrepreneurship business units under DIEZ, and in 2023 he became SVP of the Technology Ecosystem and Development Office in DIEZ.
In 2013 he was appointed Vice Chairman of the Smart City Committee at Dubai Silicon Oasis. Ghanim developed extensive knowledge of the ICT sector in his earlier role as Vice-President of the ICT Unit at Dubai Airports, where he provided executive, technological and enterprise administrative leadership.
